To make it eco-friendly and convenient, the Panda features a built-in rechargeable Lithium-ion battery. Each box includes a USB charging cable. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides enough power for hundreds of hugs.
3. How do I clean my Hugging Panda?
Because of the internal electronic components and motors, this plush toy is surface-clean only. We recommend using a damp cloth with a bit of mild soap to gently wipe away any stains. Please do not submerge it in water or put it in a washing machine.
4. What materials is it made of? Is it safe for children?
Safety is our priority. The exterior is made of premium, hypoallergenic soft faux fur, and the interior is stuffed with high-quality PP cotton. It is BPA-free and non-toxic. Due to the mechanical parts inside, we recommend this product for children ages 3 and up.
